From budget questions to bouquet tosses—here’s the breakdown on how our wedding process works.

Planning your wedding florals should feel exciting, not overwhelming and confusing. Whether you're dreaming of lush garden-inspired blooms or modern minimalist arrangements, our process is designed to guide you every step of the way with clarity, creativity, and detail! Take a look at our step-by-step process below to get a better understanding of what it would look like to work with us on your wedding flowers. Hint: it’s gonna be awesome!

1. Take Our Floral Budget Quiz

Not sure how much wedding flowers actually cost? Start by taking our Floral Budget Quiz! Just plug in the number of bouquets, boutonnières, centerpieces, and more—we’ll instantly give you a ballpark estimate of your floral budget. It’s a super helpful way to take the guesswork out of the budget-planning process. Once you have a good jumping off point, you can make adjustments to better suit your vision or desired cost. Either before or after you take this quiz, you should be sure to chat with your partner (and anyone else involved in the planning and budgeting process) so that everyone is on the same page about priorities and costs.

2. Gather Your Inspiration

We want to see what your dream flowers look like! Before our call, take some time to create a Pinterest board or save your favorite floral images on Instagram. Don’t forget to utilize our blog, too! We’ve got tons of our past work featured in our photojournal. Whether you’re drawn to colorful wildflowers, classic whites and greens, or something totally unique, sharing your vision helps us bring it to life.

3. Fill Out Our Contact Form

Ready to get started? Head to the contact page on our website and send us a quick inquiry. Once we receive it, we’ll let you know if we’re available for your date. If we are, we’ll send you a link to schedule a phone call to chat more about your vision.

4. Attend a Consultation

Whether we meet in person or over video chat, this is our chance to get to know each other and start bringing your floral vision to life. We’ll talk through your floral wish list, explore what’s in season, and discuss your likes, dislikes, and style preferences. If you choose to meet in person (we hope you do!), you’ll come to our Logan Square floral studio where we’ll play with candle and vase combinations to see what feels right for your day. We'll also walk you through pricing and share suggestions to help you get the most impact from your budget.

5. Review, Sign, and Secure Your Date

After our consultation, we’ll send you a custom proposal usually that same day(!) outlining what we have in mind for your dream flowers. If everything looks good, you’ll just sign the contract and pay the deposit to officially book with us. Then it’s time to pop some champagne—you're on our calendar!

6. Plan Your Wedding & Let Time Work Its Magic

You’ll continue planning your wedding and will patiently wait as the big day comes nearer. While you’re working with your planner, finalizing details, and dreaming big—we’ll be here behind the scenes making sure your flowers are going to be as magical as your love story.

7. One Month Out: Time for Final Updates

About four weeks before the big day, we’ll check in for any updates. Need to add a boutonnière? Change ceremony details? This is the moment to pass it all along so we can fine-tune your designs and calculate your final total. You’ll also share your timeline, vendor contact details, and other pertinent info so we are totally up to speed on the happenings of your big day!

8. Three Weeks Out: Final Payment Due

Your final balance will be due three weeks before your wedding. After that, we’re all systems go!

9. Get Married!

Your big day arrives and we’re so honored to be part of it. If you opted for our full-service wedding package, our team will deliver and install your flowers with care, so you can focus on soaking up every beautiful moment. Once you say your “I dos”, we’ll flip the room, and wait for the celebration to wind down. Then we’ll clean everything up, load out, and give each other high fives!

If you chose our intimate wedding package, you (or a friend/family member) will pick up the flowers from our studio in Logan Square. Your team will be in charge of the set up as well as returning our rental items a few days after your wedding.

10. Leave a Review & Keep in Touch

After the celebration, we’d love to hear how it all felt! A sweet review means the world to us, and we always love staying in touch with our couples (yes, we want to see your photos too!).
