After Booking

You’re booked with Romee Willow Florals and we are so excited to be working with you! You can access your current proposal at any time through the original proposal link.

Also, we know you’ll go down the Pinterest rabbit hole (ha, don’t do it!), so gather all your thoughts and keep them saved in an email. We can discuss them closer to your wedding date when your final details are coming together.

1 Month Out

It’s getting close! You’ll probably have most of your RSVPs by now so we’ll check in with you to find out all the final details. You’ll get to fill out a fun questionnaire for us with answers to questions like “what time do you want your personal flowers delivered?” and “what’s your final table count?" We’ll be in touch with your coordinator or venue for any special instructions as well. If there are a lot of changes to your order, we can schedule a call to go over everything. This is a great time to send over your new ideas you found on Pinterest, hah.

Also, since you’ll most likely be renting items from us for your wedding day, we will send you a credit card authorization form to fill out. We’ll keep your card on file just in case anything gets broken or taken at your wedding. Trying to figure out that that looks like? Sometimes a drunk aunt likes to walk away with a centerpiece...we account for these things! haha!

2-3 Weeks Out

Once we’ve made all final revisions to your proposal, we’ll send you an invoice so you can make the final payment. Then, your beautiful flowers will also be ordered at this time. Oooh, it’s getting exciting!

Wedding Week

All of your flowers are picked up from the market or farm and quality checked to ensure everything is fresh and came in as ordered. Then the Romee Willow Florals design team goes to work designing all of your flowers right up until the day before your wedding.

Wedding Day

It’s finally here! Everything is packed up for delivery, checked and double checked and delivered on time to your venue. We stay to make sure everything is set and looking fresh and gorgeous. Then, we’ll come back at the end of the night to pick up all rental items and donate your flowers if possible. That’s it! We’ll also reach back out to congratulate you, ask for a glowing review and copies of your photos so we can gawk at how good you (and our flowers) look!
