Colorful Indian-American Wedding at Bridgeport Art Center

For Shreya & Austin’s wedding, the design centered on bold, joyful color and a deep sense of cultural connection, thoughtfully blending her California-Indian roots with his Midwestern warmth. With more than 200 guests in attendance, the vision was to transform Bridgeport Art Center into an intimate, flower-filled dinner party—one that felt lively, welcoming, and deeply personal. Exuberant seasonal blooms in shades of yellow, raspberry, orange, green, and soft pops of blue filled the space, setting the tone for a celebration rooted in heritage, personality, and heartfelt hospitality.

The dinner tables were styled with two complementary designs that added warmth and visual rhythm to the reception. One featured low white vessels arranged in a loose, natural style, paired with gold and coral taper candles and clear votives for a soft, glowing effect. The second mixed clusters of taper candles with bud vases filled with vibrant blooms, surrounded by flickering votives and accented by bright yellow napkins that tied into the overall color story. Every detail was intentionally layered to feel immersive and celebratory.
